This beautiful Coral Ring was purchased in Italy in the mid 1960s while vacationing there. And whether by chance or excellent taste they purchased the best - fine Hand Carved Natural and Untreated Angel Skin Coral in a 10K Yellow Gold Setting.
There's not too much to say about this ring that the pictures don't do better. Italy is world renowned for their very, very fine hand carved cameos, and has been for generations. And their finest work is always captured in Coral.
This ring is a size 5.5 (5 1/2) in size. It is in very, very fine condition. The face of the ring is large for a Cameo Ring, measuring approximately 16.5mm x 12.5mm. The ring has a weight of 3.31 grams. Beautiful.
