Vintage Italian Hand-Carved Mediterranean Angel Skin Coral Cameo Ring - Honolulu, Hawaii
The estate tells us that this beautiful hand carved Natural and Untreated Coral Cameo Ring dates back to the mid-1950s. Older Vintage, but not quite across the Antique line. But regardless of age the condition is beautiful. Looks like it was just carved.
This Cameo Ring was acquired in Italy while vacationing there many years ago. And they selected the finest - Cameos, whether Ring or Brooch, in this very special Salmon Coral is much more highly prized than their Shell Cameo counterpart, although both can be equally beautiful.
This hand-carved Cameo measures 16mm x 12mm - a good size for a ring, and is set in a beautifully detailed 14K Yellow-Gold four-prong setting. It is a size 6.25+ (6 1/4+) or almost between 6.25 and 6.5. You will love this ring!
