Vintage Angel Skin Coral Cameo Ring in 14K Yellow Gold
Did I say vintage? Did I say about 60 years old? Yes, I said it, but looking at this ring it's hard to believe it myself. Well, not really. We hear the same or similar story repeated often: We bought this beautiful ring while vacationing here or there; and I just didn't want to wear it for fear of (pick one) losing it, damaging it, having it stolen. So in the jewelry box it remained, year after year after year. Coming out only infrequently to be admired.

This lovely is natural coral that has been beautiful carved in high relief Victorian Style Cameo Form. The carving is masterful and beautiful. Harder and harder to find these rings as Coral becomes more and more scarce.
This is a large cameo, measuring 20mm x 14mm. Its high relief sets approximately 8mm above the Gold setting. Will wear beautifully, and prominently. The cameo is set in a 4-Prong 14k Yellow Gold Setting. The ring is a size 5.5 (5 1/2) and has a weight of 5.5 grams.
