We just love, love, love the artistry of these Hand Carved Angel Skin Coral Cameos. And this demonstrates why - in no uncertain terms.
Although this Cameo Pin dates to around 1910, it has been lovingly cared for. Literally no wear. Almost as though it were just purchased in Italy and brought back home. The high relief carving is crisp and the detail is extraordinary. From the exquisite carving of the cameo, to the hand chased detailing of the 10k gold frame. Hopefully these close-ups will show that.
The pin fastens with a C-Clasp in the back and could, should the new owner desire, have a bail added to convert to a pendant. Worn either way it will be gorgeous. This Cameo measures approximately 25mm x 16mm and the pin overall has a measurement of 32mm x 35mm. So lovely.
