Vintage Landstrom Black Hills 10k Pendant on 22 Inch 10K Chain
Black Hills Gold by Sandstorm has been around, well, almost forever - the early 1900s. Their Multi-Color Gold motif makes them instantly recognizable.
But what isn't always apparent is that while their pendants are 10k Multi-Color Gold, the chain on which they are suspended is usually only 1/20th 12k Gold Filled - not solid Gold.
But that's not the case here. This very lovely Black Hills 10K Gold Pendant in a Grape and Leaf Motif with a green Tsavorite Garnet center is suspended from a 22 inch 10k Yellow Gold Chain. We're told by the Estate that the owner was allergic to gold filled, and needed better gold purity, so they purchased the 10k Yellow Gold Chain separately. We're glad they did. It goes well with the pendant and, well, it's 10k Yellow Gold. Too, we think it's elegant and have provided a close-up to show you the chain detail.
Together both Pendant and Chain have a weight of 4.32 grams.
