This is a vintage hand-carved Jadeite Cabochon Ring from a local O'ahu Estate, which dates this ring to about 1960, give or take a few years. The Jade is carved with a floral motif which remains in fine condition with crisp detail after all the years.
The cabochon sits upon a 14K Yellow Gold setting. It is a four-prong split shank with a simplicity that focuses attention to the carved Jade - as it should. The Jade itself is natural, untreated, Type-A Jade. The cabochon measures ~18mm x 13mm and the ring is a size 5.75 (5 3/4).
