From a local estate comes this very pretty, very elegant, Coral Rose Pendant in 14k Yellow Gold Frame and suspended from a 14K Yellow Gold Chain.
This pendant dates to circa 1960. The beautifully carved Rose is of Angel Skin Coral harvested in that timeframe in the Western Pacific near Japan. The coral is hosted in a finely executed frame of 14K Yellow Gold and suspended from a Singapore Twisted Chain. The pendant measures ~19mm x 14mm without the bail and the chain measures approximately 16 inches. The pendant alone has a weight of ~1.6 grams and the chain alone has a weight of ~2.3 grams.
A beautiful piece in fine condition. Will arrive hosted in the beautiful velvet presentation box in which it was acquired and as shown.
