Cesare Emiliano Fountain & Ballpoint Pens Set In Sterling Silver
Cesare Emiliano luxury pens have been made in Italy since 1957. In their earlier days cost was no object in the creation of their beautiful pens such as these. Hallmarked Sterling Silver Barrels and Caps, beautiful silver chasing, and rich celluloids and resins were in abundance.
This fine vintage set with Ivy & Herringbone chasings likely traces back to the mid 1960s according to the original owner, who tells us this not the original box, but has been with the pens for several decades. The fountain pen uses either a cartridge or its installed cartridge filler, which fills from an ink bottle. As typical with Cesare Emiliano Pens, barrels and caps are marked 925 for sterling silver. The set is in beautiful condition without issues save a bit of tarnish, easily removed with a jewelers cloth at the new owner's discretion.
