This beautiful antique cameo featuring a Roman Lady is carved from carnelian shell with good high relief. This is a larger piece, with the cameo itself measuring 1.5 (1 1/2) inches. It is mounted in a 10K gold frame.

This very lovely and timeless gift can be worn as a pin/brooch or as a pendant.
