Vintage Sterling & Vermeil Byzantine Style Anatoli Necklace
This would grace the neck of Cleopatra herself. A museum piece. Gorgeous. Stunning. Just can say enough about this beautiful Vintage Sterling Silver and Vermeil Enameled Byzantine Anatoli Necklace in the Choker Style. Yes! It's THAT nice!
The quality of craftsmanship speaks to the skill of the very talented jeweler who created this piece by hand. We have seen others in this style, but each is usually one-of-a-kind. We believe that to be the case here.
The necklace measures a bit over 16 inches in length and is .75 (3/4) inches in width. It has a weight of 75 grams. You will know you're wearing fine, fine quality. Each Vermeil, Gold-Washed, station is decorated with enamels in turquoise and royal blue. Again, stunning! As an additional point of interest, the necklace can be worn in several ways, first by putting the closure behind the neck. Next, by placing the closure at front center - it displays beautifully as show, Or, placing the closure to either side. So many options!
This necklace will be shipped in a fine box as shown or similar suitable for storage or presentation.
Consistent with our store conservation policy we have left the patina as-is. Should the new owner desire a higher luster, the patina can be easily removed by gently rubbing the sterling (avoiding the vermeil) until the desired lustre is realized.
