Don't let the price fool you. This is a nice, nice, nice ring.
This vintage ring, probably from the early 1950s, was acquired with an antique Victorian-Style Man's Ruby Ring. We actually were surprised to find it was Sterling instead of Gold. The owners has given it a good polish and it gleamed as if White Gold or Platinum, and the inset Ruby is just magnificent. So to our minds at Aloha Estate Jewelry this is a "Sleeper." Worth well more than the asking price.
The Emerald Cut Ruby measures 13mm x 11mm, a good sized stone. The ring is a size 9 and has a weight of 9.59 grams. A good weight resulting in a good feel when worn. Anyone would love having this ring in their collection.
