Beautiful ring! Old style. Comes to us from a Local Hawai'i Estate. One of the many, many things to love about Hawai'i is that there are some absolutely beautiful antique and vintage Jade pieces to be found here.
The studio lighting has darkened the color of the cabochon only slightly. It is a medium-dark to dark Moss Green. A gorgeous color. It is natural Jade, untreated in any way. The color, texture, and translucency are uniform. It is a good sized cabochon, measuring approximately 18mm x 13mm. It is set in an old-style pierced and carved gallery 18K Gold setting.
