Vintage Reddish-Pink Rubellite Tourmaline Solitaire in 14K Setting
Very pretty Rubellite Tourmaline. Just so lovely in this simple 14K Gold setting.
This ring is a vintage piece, dating back to the mid-70s we're told. It has been treated well over the years, apparently hardly worn at all, and the care shows in its wonderful condition.
This ring offers soooo much flexibility. Wear it alone, wear it with a wedding band, wear it with another colored gemstone ring. And such a pretty non-traditional Engagement Ring. It will be just as lovely any which way, although we're partial to it being on display alone or paired with a simple gold band so that the focus is on the beautiful Reddish-Pink of the Rubellite Tourmaline.
This ring is a size 8 and has a weight of 2.08 grams. The Tourmaline is approximately 7mm x 7mm x 4.9mm for a weight of between 1.3 - 1.41 carats. (Note: Presentation box was upgraded to a "Red w/Gold Trim Double-Wing Box w/Snap Closure).
