Vintage Hand Carved Jadeite Earrings in 14K Yellow Gold Settings
Super beautiful. Put on the top-shelf of your collection of Fine Jewelry. Yes, they're that good.
These earrings date to the early 1960s, perhaps even into the 1950s. Each is a beautiful Apple-Green, natural, Type-A (no dyes, no infusions) Jadeite Cabochon hand-carved into a lovely floral theme. They are hosted by prong set surrounds of 14K Yellow Gold. I could just go on and on. These are Clip-Style Earrings, fashionable in their day, and could be worn well as Clips, or your jeweler could add a post and convert to pierced. Your preference.
Each Earring measures a large 23mm x 17mm - they will stand out and be noticed! Together they have a very good weight of 8.6 grams.
