Estate "Fat" One-Half Carat TW Diamond Stud Earrings in White Gold
So what is a "Fat" Half-Carat? By measurement a one-quarter carat Diamond has a measurement of 4.0mm. These two are each a bit larger, measuring 4.23mm and 4.26mm. Hence, a "Fat" half-carat. But then, extra weight in Diamonds is nothing to complain about.
These are beautiful natural Diamonds. They are mounted in 3-prong White Gold settings to expose more of the Diamond to light. They are very clear - we estimate SI1 - VS range of Clarity, and H-J Color. Clear, Bright, White, Sparkly. Beautiful.
These earrings come to us in a Helzberg Diamond Box. Whether or not that is the source we cannot say. We did check, however, and Helzberg did/does offer 3-Prong Settings in their "Ultra" Collection and in this size, color, and clarity for Natural Diamonds is in the $1200 range. So, yes.
