Smaller Jadeite Pendant of Smiling Buddha
We recently acquired numerous Type A (Natural - no dyes, no infusions) Jadeite Pendants from a long-time collector. This is one of those pieces.
Fine Jade is highly prized in most Asian Cultures, and is known as "The Stone of Heaven." Pieces are passed down to favored children over generations. We are both fortunate and pleased to offer this selection to our clients.
This pendant is a representation of the Buddha, seated and smiling. A classic and timeless pose that everyone will recognize. We see and sell many of this style and it remains popular over time. The coloration is White with and even distribution of Green Shadows across the pendant. Nice. It measures 26mm x 22mm (not measuring ring) with a weight of 3.79 grams.
This pendant is affixed with a simple 14K gold jump ring and will be delivered as shown with box suitable for display, storage or presentation.
