Vintage 14K Lavender Jadeite Cabochon Ring
From a local Hawai'i Estate, from a family who clearly knew their Jade, we were able to acquire two beautiful Lavender Jadeite Rings which we are pleased to now offer. These are both vintage rings from the mid 1960s to mid 1970s.
This is an oval Lavender Type-A, untreated, Jadeite Cabochon set in a custom made 14K Yellow Gold Setting. The cabochon has a high polish top and bottom - as you would expect of quality Jade. It is a good sized cab, measuring approximately 11mm x 9.5mm. The face of the ring, overall, is approximately 14mm x 12mm. And it is so lovely. The Jade is a medium dark lavender and has beautiful saturation and hue. It is translucent and presents with a beautiful glow in virtually every light.
This ring is a size 8.75 (8 3/4) and has a weight of 3.17 grams.
