Vintage 10K Almandine Garnet and Morganite Cocktail Ring
This beautiful Vintage ring dates back to the late 1970s or early 1980s. It hails from a fine Hawai'i estate on the island of Kauai.
Where to begin? It bears mention that it was originally a larger ring. It has been resized many years ago to its current size 6. It was purchased originally in Thailand and is so marked. It was created by The Richline Group. For those unaware, it is a large jewelry concern owned by billionaire Warren Buffet. Their jewelry, particularly those pieces of yesteryear, are very, very nicely made.
As so it is here. Setting of 10K Yellow Gold, it hosts a very pretty Checkerboard Faceted central Almandine Garnet of deep red with a violet tint. The surrounding gemstones are Pink Morganite. The combination is beautiful. This is a larger ring with a face measuring approximately 15mm x 15mm.
As we mentioned, this ring is a size 6. It has a weight of 5 grams.
