Estate Three-Quarter Carat White Sapphire in 14K White Gold
We often visit with clients who are paring back jewelry items for one reason or another and there is always that moment when the items to be negotiated are first displayed. You develop the habit - consciously or subconsciously - of making an initial assessment of each item in mere seconds. When this piece was first displayed I thought, nice Diamond Pendant. Goes to show anyone can make a mistake. It's a gorgeous White Sapphire instead.
But I've seen many Diamond Pendants that did not look nearly this good. And from 6 inches away or further anyone will love this pendant for the gorgeous Diamond... that it isn't.
This beautiful White Sapphire Pendant is set in 14k White Gold with an approximately 5.4mm (~.75 Carat) round cut White Sapphire gemstone that has the look and sparkle of a very expensive quality Diamond, but at a small fraction of the price. This bright White Sapphire is completely clean even under very close inspection with bright illumination and magnification. We estimate Clarity Grade of Near Flawless. The gem in this beautiful White Sapphire Pendant is very well faceted in a round cut with excellent brilliance. While we do not hold the provenance of this White Sapphire, most White Sapphires of this quality are mined in Sri Lanka.
This lovely pendant is approximately 16.25 (16 1/4) inches in length.
