Vintage 5-Carat Blue-in-Blue Emerald Cut Aquamarine
Just a stunning ring! This is a vintage piece from a local Hawai'i Estate and we couldn't be happier to present it here. We're told this ring dates to the early 1960s.
We say Blue-in-Blue because there's such depth to the blue color here. Almost like looking into a sky-blue pool of water. Gorgeous.
This is a large Aquamarine, measuring 12mm x 10mm x 6.5mm for a calculated weight of over 5 Carats. Did I say stunning? It is mounted in a 14K White Gold setting with double prongs at each corner. White Gold is an excellent choice for Aquamarine as it allows the color to best shine through. The stone is an Emerald Cut which, again, best displays size and color of this fabulous piece.
This lovely, lovely ring is a size 6 and has a weight of 3.8 grams.
