Vintage 15k Hand Carved Italian Cameo Earrings
Vintage from an O'ahu Estate who acquired in Italy in the late 1960s. Special earrings here. The usually-found Cameo Earrings are somewhat small and also lacking in detail. Not here. These are large, well-carved, and prominent. Not too large, but definitely of a size that will garner admiring notice. Each earring measures approximately 17mm x 14mm.
These earrings are traditional hand-carved shell and mounted in finely crafted 15K yellow Gold frames. Although marked as 14K they tested at 15K - a nice surprise. Too, the frame is very well made. Oval bezel set frames with a cross-member in the back. The clasps for these earrings are 14K Yellow Gold as shown.
These earrings are in wonderful, wonderful condition for their age. You'll love them!
